Old Sky card won’t pair with new Sky+HD box so cannot pause, record or use On demand for 4 days now

Replaced old broken Sky box with brand new one. New one will not pair with with the old Sky card. I press the buttons, Sky pairing message says "Request to pair was successful. Your channels will be available shortly" then some hours later it says "pairing failed". Have been trying this for 4 days without success.Getting really fed up with this as I just can't get a sensible out of AI or talk to a human. I have been a Sky customer for 22 years and just want to be able to use my to
