My sky Q viewing card will not pair and Sky have said that it may take until Monday to sort it out, surely that can't be right. Today is the 22/08/2024

I was on the phone for over an hour with an advisor and got nowhere, we tried the engineer reset and all sorts and still got nowhere. And now they say it may take until Monday .....!

@Shamus2 what have you already tried or been told to try by Sky ?

@Shamus2 im guessing the got you to try re-pairing your card as below
You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
there really is nothing else the forum could really do as we are all customers here as well and all we could advise is probably what the customer team have already tried
