I’m a long time customer of Sky and currently use a Sky+ HD box which generally works fine. I live in Wales so pick up the Welsh oriented channels for BBC and ITV.
All is well except subtitles don’t work on downloaded ITV channels (neither ITV 1,2,3 or 4 have subtitles). However, they work fine on live ITV programmes and recordings that I make.
Subtitles are very useful to me and I hope there’s something that can be done to fix this.
I've emailed vieweR at sky and await their reply, but hope that someone here can offer me a solution or insight.
