No satellite signal
I have had no satellite signal on my sky box since around 10am this morning. Tried to restart the box and checked to see if this was anything potentially on our satellite dish but it seemed fine. Cane somebody help please ?

Re: No satellite signal
No satellite signal it's almost certainly a dish misalignment or an issue with the LNB (the arm on the dish). Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them to arrange an engineer, otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

Re: No satellite signal
@Seanw115 try restarting your Sky box by switching off at the plug for 5 minutes or so. While it's off, check that the dish connections at the back of your Sky box are still securely fitted. If after restarting, the problem remains, you'll need the assistance of a satellite engineeer, as @Daniel0210 posted.
