Problems with my sky box,

Watch a documentary the other nigh the box just switched off

Nothing wrong with my Samsung tv asnecflix still works.

When trying to get sky back all it did was come up with the starting adds at the bottom of the screen as always a couple of seconds later off again.

This is anold box so I don't knowwhat

Is this a Sky+ box, where you've posted? I don't recognise the starting ads you mentioned.
