Just so you know, we're customers here, not Sky customer service personnel.
As you haven't asked any questions here, tell us more about the problem you're having. If you highlight a failed recording in your Planner, and press i on your remote, what is the reason for failure shown on screen?

The youngest Sky+ HD box is now eight years old (they ceased manufacture in 2015) so hard drive failure is always a possibility.
