My sky+hd box is not functioning any more how do l go about getting a replacement

Problem with sky+hd box hard disk drive, lost all downloads and recordings. Removed card switched off sky checked all connections , have some channels but when scanning picture freezes and have to switch off again at mains to restore it

@Jon+Richards  Sky no longer sell or supply plus boxes, you will need to source your own from sites like eBay for around £30

@Jon+Richards alternatively now might be the time to think about an upgrade to Sky Q? You'll likely be able to get a deal from Sky (probably best not to tell them upfront it's because your Sky+ box has failed).
