Have multiroom subscription and just use it in 2 rooms (2 sky boxes and 2 TVs). One of the boxes is a Sky+HD box and the service on that one remains perfect. The other box is an older sky box and I cannot receive the HD channels on that TV now/recently. I can receive other channels on that TV ok. Do I need a sky engineer to call? Do I need a new Sky box and if so which is recommended ie a Sky+HD or a Sky Q box?

as a) you can't have a combination of both plus and Q and b) sky no longer supports sky plus including second hand boxes

Do you mean the older box isn't a Sky+HD box?
