My connection box outside is damaged there is no cover on it

The outside conection box seem to be damaged with the bad weather recently and has blown away leaving the inside wires exposed. This is sometimes effecting the picture on my TV. Whom is responsible to repair this please

Unless you have Sky Protect Insurance then you will need to get a 3rd party to fix it

Do you have a Satellite dish ... does the cable from the dish connect to the outside connection box?
