My SKY + box is not working. What do I need to do for a replacement?

I have tried all the necessary actions to start up my SKY + box.  What do I need to do to request a replacement?

@John424  You will need to upgrade to Q glass or stream to continue to receive sky tv services 

 

sky plus boxes are no longer supported or replaceable 

 

you will need to call sky to discuss your options

Any lights lit on the front panel? What are the actions you've taken?
