SKY REMOTE BROKEN

My remote is now so old that several of the buttons have 'collapsed' and no longer work properly. Will sky replace it - and if so, how do i go about arranging that? Many thanks, R.

@RomeoG  Sky+ where you posted is no longer supported by Sky, infact you can just buy a replacement remote your self cheaply.  PS   Sky+ HD boxes are owned by the customer
