Messages appearing on my tv screen

I was late paying my bill but on 29th of August I got my bill up to date but I'm still receiving messages on my tv screen saying I could lose my sky channels, I've had an engineer come out and he raised the issue with  the CRF team because they are the only ones that can fix the issue but nearly a week later you haven't fixed it ,my question why not it can't be that complicated to do

@No+i+wont 

You won't have Sky+ (the board on which you've posted) as Sky no longer support Sky+ set ups or send engineers out to Sky+ issues. Do you have Sky Q as that's what you had in June 2023 on a previous post?
