Anyone across the South East will have been aware if the massive thunder & lightening storm last night. It seems my ariel was struck by lightening, causing a surge across the house, including irreparable abd permanent damage to my TV, ariel and Sky box. I'm not sure what to do first! Will Sky replace the box? Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Maryl123 Sky won't replace the box unless you have sky protect insurance has sky plus is a legacy product which is having support completely withdrawn
if you don't have the insurance you will need to source a second hand sky +hd box
