Hello I have received an email saying my sky package has been canceled how every I have not done so. Can you please clear this up for me

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs customers all we can say is does your online account show any pending cancellation, you could also call Sky to confirm that everything is OK as it might be that this has been sent in error.
