I watched half a recording yesterday, now it's gone

Yesterday I recorded the Forest v Villa premier league match. I came home late in the evening and watched the first half. Now this morning the recording is not on my sky box. How can this be?

It's not in the deleted section, so I can't have accidentally deleted it. I've spent ages searching the recordings, so it has not been recorded under a funny name. It was definitely recorded, because I watched the first half last night.

The game isn't on catch-up either. But I'm sure I've watched other Premier league matches on catch-up before. Is it the case that Sky lets you watch games you didn't record but only on the same day or something?

I experienced the same thing. Watched part of a documntary one evening and next day it was gone. Its not there. Not deleted
