HI I AM A PLATINUM CUSTOMER. BEEN WITH SKY FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS. I DID HAVE A SECOND BOX PLACED IN MY HUSBAND ROOM WHILST HE WAS ILL.. BUT COULDN'T USE IT BECAUSE WE COULDN'T GET AN AREA PUT IN. SO IT WAS NEVER USED. THAT WAS NEARLY 6 YEARS AGO. HE HAS DIED SINCE THEN. AND I AFRAID THE ROOM WAS REDECORATED AND THE SKY BOX WENT IN THE GARAGE.....THIS BRINGS ME TO DATE. DUE TO HIGH BILLS I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE EXTRA SKY BOX. AND OTHER LESS IMPORTANT THINGS. KNOW THEY ASK FOR THE BOX BACK. I CANT GIND IT. I HAVENT SEEN IT SINCE MY HUSBAND PASSING. SO WHAT CAN I DO IF IVE NOT SENT THE MISSING BOX BACK. I TRYED TO RING AND LEFT A MESSAGE. NOW THEY HAVE SET A TEXT TELLING ME THEY ARE CHARGING ME. ANY ADVICE?
