Hi @Meisie sorry I didn't reply to @Mark39. Yes I do have a sky Q box. The problem I had is now solved and can now access Paramount + After a few days of the error message keep coming up it eventually let me in with just putting my sky details in. I think the system was just overloaded and couldn't cope with the amount of people trying to access it.

That's very likely - we know from Sky that there has been enormous demand for sign up.
It,doesn't apply to Sky+ customers as no sign up is required for customers with those boxes.

I'm missing something as I'm registered but when trying to watch ent Paremount movie , circle just keeps going around

After spending a couple of hours on line trying to activate Paramount+ and the same on the TV,
discovered that Skyplus subscribers cannot activate an account to have the App. on their TV.
You can only do this if you have SkyGlass or SkyQ. You can get the basic Paramount+ which should appear automatically. This means that you can download most programs but not all I believe. You cannot go into Settings to change anything because you haven't got the App.
I cannot turn on Audio Description which is very helpful to me as I am partially-sighted. Very disappointing!!

I have closed this discussion as I have now been able to access Paramount + after many days of not letting me in. I just think it got so many people trying to get it that it crashed. Iwas able to do it through the app after many error messages. I switched it on after many days of trying I got straight through.

Hi Maisie,
Totally agree with you. Not good for sky at all. They promoted this so sky should automatically be able to put their customers straight away without all the hassle they have inflicted on their loyal customers.

And while we're on the esubject, they need to seriously sort out the interface, (on sky plus)
Trying to trawl through episodes of Star trek with no seasons is a joke! and unuseable!
