Loosing signal
Hi
I keep loosing signal on multiple channels, I live in a block of flats and understand I need an engineer that is trained in multi dewleing unit to visit.
I have tried the guides online and had someone to come and try fix the problem but still loosing signal.

Have you checked ot my FAQ? I doibt it'll fix anything but worth a go
It does sound like an issue with you communal setup that Sky don't deal with, that's down to your landlord/buildings management
