How can I order a new viewing card? Current one no longer working in my sky+ box

Cards rarely get damaged. Have you tried pairing the card with your box?

Try performing a New Install

Thanks for your help I have already reset the box, but still it's not working

A new install is not equal to a reset as it does a callback to sky to pair a card.

You may need to Phone Sky
