I'm currently in the process of selling my home and will have a few months living with relatives before I move into my new property. Does anyone know how this will affect my Sky contract / sky VIP continuity etc? I would like to stay with sky but wondered if it's possible to bridge the gap without paying for a full servie I'm not using.

@AnnaM412 Sky won't suspend payments because although you won't have access via a home tv/sky box you do have the ability to watch via sky go on mobile devices
the other alternative is to downgrade to the basic package providing your not in contract for services you cancel

Re: Home move with a break between properties
If you're not 'in contract' you can cancel by giving 31 days notice, and resubscribe when you move. You'll lose your VIP tenure.
Alternatively, you can continue your contract and your subscription without break. You might be able to downgrade to the minimum tv package for the period you won't be using the service.
