I am trying my hardest to start watching the series let the right one in on paramount plus and the first episode come up as failed in recordings and a message in a white box stating this programme is unavailable episode 2 is fine tho. Have messaged the viewer relations and they have stated it's an issue with sky itself and gave me a number to contact and when I contacted sky they stated it a paramount plus issue and to contact the viewer relations.
help how do I get this resolved and can't watch a series when first episode is unavailable

Yes have done all that and no difference. However i have managed to download it via the my sky app on my phone
so thanks for all the advice and help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt is working for me, so try deleteing the failed episode, delete it again from the deleted folder if it ends up in it then try downloading it again.

There's nothing in my deleted folder as it fails to download maybe I should try a full reset tomorrow

Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.
