Programmes missing on catch up

Lots of programmes missing on catch up nothing since Saturday

I reported this yesterday and still loads of BBC,ITV and Sky Channels today.Seems to be a major issue.Emailed Viewer Relations but no response.Most are just failing.

@Oddie2004 called sky best no help was told to wait a week then call back.

Spoken to Sky Help on twitter who are useless and am waiting a response from viewerr but it does appear to be getting worse so am having to record programmes and wait until it is fixed.

Calling Sky is pretty pointless @stsr as you need to use the email address posted earlier as this goes straight to the team as Sky who will be investigating this.

I notice a number of programmes not available to download. E.g Bloodlands, Stanley Tucci and Karen Pirie all broadcast on Sunday evening. Plus Rise of the **bleep** from Monday when click download message is programme not available

Hi Julian, we have had confirmation that there is a backlog in some on demand content being uploaded to our platform. What's happening as a result of that is some shows, particular recent shows are coming up with Download failed among other errors across all platforms. This is a case of just waiting until it's all sorted but no ETA at this time Julian, would just be a case of keeping checking along with recording the shows you want to watch to ensure it's not missed. where are all the programs ? nothing at all on my5 yesterday maxine number ep2, reported missing bbc1, bake off channel 4, karen pirie itv, 24 hours a&e channel4, please get the catch up sorted otherwise no point having sky might as well use freeview catch up !!!!!

We are aware of an issue affecting on demand content. This is being investigated and as soon as we have an update we will update you.

No point complaining on here.Please read previous comments which are self explanatory.Everyone is in the same situation and has to be patient.Just set to record and series link all programmes which you are going to watch in the next few days and then download them after it is all sorted.Obviously is it quite a major issue and it appears more channels including sky are affected.

See responses from SKY, BBC and STV re no catch up available or failing. Not sure who to believe but not good enough given the money paid monthly to Sky.
