Hi
I have two separate Sky HD boxes in the house. One is working fine, the other is coming up with a message saying I need to Upgrade My Subscription to get certain channels including the Sports channels. These channels appear in yellow writing when they should be white. We pay for the same channels on both boxes/cards so I should get them without upgrading. I've tried shutting it all down a few times but this does nothing.
Can anyone help?
