Hi, I have a Sky+ HD DRX 895 2GB box, bought today. Setup seems fine and signal strength and quality are good, and HD channels are working fine. But on the EPG when I use the Yellow button for +24 hours I just keep getting "no listings available" message for every channel. A previous solution suggested on here recommended switching the input cables over, but I'm using one cable / single feed mode on input 1.
I would be eternally grateful for any solution to this problem.

Find out moreIt could be the tuner is in use so much that the future guide data is taking a bit longer to load, I would wait a couple of hours and try the yellow button again, if it still does not work then perform a factory reset (instructions are in my Sky Plus FAQ)

Mark, I rebooted it but it's still the same. It's just showing 24hrs worth of listings on all channels.

Thanks Annie, I'll try that.
I've also just noticed that when I'm on the EPG it's also saying that "Programme synopsis is not available"
