EPG problem for +24 hrs using the Yellow button

Hi, I have a Sky+ HD DRX 895 2GB box, bought today. Setup seems fine and signal strength and quality are good, and HD channels are working fine. But on the EPG when I use the Yellow button for +24 hours I just keep getting "no listings available" message for every channel. A previous solution suggested on here recommended switching the input cables over, but I'm using one cable / single feed mode on input 1.
I would be eternally grateful for any solution to this problem.

It could be the tuner is in use so much that the future guide data is taking a bit longer to load, I would wait a couple of hours and try the yellow button again, if it still does not work then perform a factory reset (instructions are in my Sky Plus FAQ)

Sky support for Sky+HD and earlier systems has ended, you can still get support if you already have Sky Protect insurance otherwise you'll have to find your own 3rd party company to get support from at your own expense

You need to set Single Feed Mode on in the Installer Menu. If you need help to find it, let us know,.

Rebooted since changing it? Turn off at the plug for at least 4 minutes.

Have you performed a New Install from the hidden menu?

Mark, I rebooted it but it's still the same. It's just showing 24hrs worth of listings on all channels.

I've also just noticed that when I'm on the EPG it's also saying that "Programme synopsis is not available"

That's another symptom of Single Feed Mode not set (or not working!). I might be stating the obvious, but just checking - did you remember to save the setting after you changed it?
