EPG problem for +24 hrs using the Yellow button

Hi, I have a Sky+ HD DRX 895 2GB box, bought today. Setup seems fine and signal strength and quality are good, and HD channels are working fine. But on the EPG when I use the Yellow button for +24 hours I just keep getting "no listings available" message for every channel. A previous solution suggested on here recommended switching the input cables over, but I'm using one cable / single feed mode on input 1.
I would be eternally grateful for any solution to this problem.

It could be the tuner is in use so much that the future guide data is taking a bit longer to load, I would wait a couple of hours and try the yellow button again, if it still does not work then perform a factory reset (instructions are in my Sky Plus FAQ)
