Whilst i'm downloading a programme to watch from the Sky On Demand service, it knocks off all the wi fi in the house and we have to re set the router. Pretty sure it wasn't always this way.
Does anyone have any idea why this could be ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePossibly the download is using the majority of your available bandwidth, which would slow down or stop other downloads.

Do you know your broadband package / speeds at all?
As the above user pointed out you may be using alot of your bandwith when downloading a program.

Thanks for the advice.
It seemed to get better for a while, but came back with a vengence last night so will check out the bandwith and see if we can sort it with Sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bibs6162 you could try turning your Hub off at the plug,for 30 seconds or so. It may decide to allocate a different wireless channel when you restart it, hopefully to one offering better performance.
