Downloading programs on my sky plus HD box

For the last week or so, I have been unable to download programs on my sky plus HD box. I have tried using the search facility in the usual way but it doesn't seem to work. Can you help me with this?

If both Downloading and Search aren't working, this would indicate an issue with the connection to your broadband.
