Discovery +

I received a letter saying that I was able to have discovery+ on my tv and gave me steps towards getting it. However every time I go onto sky to link my account to discovery + it shows up on my screen as an error and that the issue will be resolved soon.

As you have posted in the Sky+ box forum can you confirm that you do have a Sky+ box or is it a Sky Q one you have got ?
