Complaint about Sky

I've sent you an email complaining of no service since Jan 2024 as the viewing card apparently expired. Spent hours on the phone to Sky staff who promised to send a new card but haven't. I want this resolved asap.

We're customers here. Viewing Cards don't usually expire. What's the error message on screen?

I'll try to take a screenshot when I get home but meantime pleaslook at the notes on my account 1st as I'm sure your staff logged all the calls I made about the non service.

To reiterate, we're not Sky. We're a customer Community and therefore have no access to your account records.

How do we do that, we are customers like you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
