As from the end of October, you can no longer pair a Viewing Card with any box other than the one it was originally paired with.

Sky Customer Services are available to provide advice and troubleshooting but Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.

Still call Sky to discuss your options moving forward which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
