Programmes not available to download on CH4 and 5 since Saturday
Alot of programmes are not available to download on catch up since the weekend.Sky have told me it is not their responsibility as 3rd party channels which seems a pretty negative response.Also told me not available on any other platforms as they have checked.
Any suggestions as it just seems like another ploy to get customers to change to Q or Glass which would not make any difference.

@Oddie2004 Best option is to email viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk with the details and they will chase it up.

Tried to go through my problems with Sky today but no help.
I have been unable to access Channel 4 but can view Channel 4 +1, between 104-130 channels on Sky I cannot view 13 of them including many Sky channels.
Your issue is different then, what is happening when you try to view any of those channels ?
