My card keeps losing subscription channels in my second sky+ hd box even though all subscription are up to date. When I ring sky they send signals their end and it works again for a week or two. Is there a way I can do it? Tried pairing the card but no joy

If you cannot perform these or it fails for some reason then Sky can pair your card remotely if you give them a call.

Well they no longer support Sky+ so there is no way to stop them trying to get you on Sky Q, going to Sky Q would rmost likely resolve your issue 🙂

With the other systems you get FREE support, but Sky+ is so old and outdated that it is not commercially viable to support it any longer, no company is going to support hardware for ever, as an example TV manufacturers, their TVs are lucky to be supported for a couple of years 😞

You are not paying Sky anything for Sky+ support ... your Sky+ box is your property and your responsibility🤔
Your are paying Sky £91 to be granted access to Sky's subscription services ... when you box fails Sky then re-enable your box to access those services😉
