When we try to watch a download a message saying 'this viewing card is not authorised, if you have a new viewing card insert now' We are upgrading to SkyQ on 2nd January but would really like this fixed for the Christmas period. Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat has probably happened is your viewing card has been cancelled due a new one for your Sky Q box being sent if you are yet to receive it.
Im not sure there is much you can do other than to contact Sky to see if they can or will repair your card back to your Sky+ box.

Is this on your primary box or on a multiroom box ?
We have seen several reports of the secondary boxes cards being cancelled as soon as the SKY Q order is processed.
