Cannot Access Paramount plus on a Sky + HD box

I have been told by Skythat I should be able to access some paramount+ programming as a Sky Cinema subscriber automatically through the sky cinema browser section on my sky +  HD box. When I check the Sky cinema section there is no link to any section  relating to Paramount + specifically only the normal subject headings. The box type is a Samsung version R010  provided by Sky Can anyone assist

There should be a section down the left handside for Paramount+ content, the same applies to the Catchup section.

Thank you for suggestion - actually this was the first thing I did and since then I have checked repeatedly with no success - oddly enough initially the genaral search brought up programmes but attempting to download brought the message that there was a problem with internet connection (there wasn't because other programmes downloaded and i actually managed to download a single episode from one of the star trek series) - the next day all references to paramount + disappeared from the search engine

Perhaps worth noting that this hardware is something like fifteen years old, and cannot run firmware more recent than a 2017 release. Only DRX895/890 boxes are still considered in-support by Sky.
