we have scrambled satellite signal on this channel and  also with TCM,

@Vic+the+stick  It's isn't scrambled as you put it it sounds more like picture breakup due to one of 2 things:

 

Your dish is slightly out of alignment, or it's a channel issue with the uplink.

 

Are any other channels affected.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You mean the picture is pixelated - broken up into coloured lines and squares? Check your signal strength (Services > Settings > Signal) while tuned to these channels. The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.
