Broadband connection issue - but only on some episodes....

Hi

Was trying to download Episode 4 of "The Outlaws" and i have the message "There appears to be an issue with your broadband connection"

Except there isnt as i can download episodes 1-3 with no issue

This also happens with a few other episodes from other series

Ive rebooted the router and the Sky+ box

Any ideas what i can try next?

Thanks

Chris

It is working OK for me so have you tried the SD version as well or tried to start the download via the Sky+ or Sky Go apps ?

Re: Broadband connection issue - but only on some episodes....

There must be some sort of issue with iPlayer on Sky+ as I am getting this for some other BBC programmes and can only download them to the box using the Sky Go app. This needs to be acknowledged by someone as a fault.

Have you send this issue to sky via email here: viewerR@sky.uk

Getting this on "Glow Up" at the moment. Happy to download s4 e2/e7/e8 but won't even go into the choice for the others.

I'll try the app to see if that works.

Seems a bit nuts, but this works for me as well..... Agatha Raisin series 4, episode 4 works perfectly from sky+ box, 1, 2 and 3 won't work HD or SD. Downloading perfectly when requested from the sky Go app!
