I have just been able to check the settings and no signal at all the boxes are empty, lock indicators 1 and 2 "not locked" , network ID /transport stream "null". What does this mean ?
There is an issue with the box getting a signal from the dish, this will require a local satellite company to investigate what the actual cause is 😞
Have you checked the cables and/or swapped the cables around at the box end?

To be clear, upgrading is a choice, not a requirement, but as long as you're happy with what Sky have proposed, then all's good!
