Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou still haven't told us what troubleshooting you've tried. First switch your box off at the plug for 5 minutes and then check whether or not it moves on from initialising after several minutes when you turn it back on.
Check the dish connections at the back of the box while it's turned off. Make sure they're securely fitted.
If that doesn't resolve it, there's either a fault with your Sky box, or more likely with your dish/cabling Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to investigate.

Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q? Tell us more about the problem you're having.

A normal sky box (no sky Q) , it keeps showing the same error saying the Sky box is still initialising, no matter any trouble shooting we do

@ViviUL What are the signal strengths and qualities in Services > Settings > Signal. All four white bars should be at least half way across. A Sky+HD box won't initialize without a satellite signal.

I am unable to check settings, new message no satellite signal. I followed the guidance and restarted it couple of times waiting for 15 mins but the issue remains
