I noticed some scheduled recordings that have been working every weekend for a while had disappeared this weekend from my Sky+ scheduled tab. They were Match of the Day, Call the Midwife and Match of the Day 2.
This seems to be around the time when the general BBC1 HD for all of England has been replaced with the BBC1 HD for my region, so maybe that was the cause.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed similar with BBC1 HD scheduled recordings on their Sky+ box.

@DetMerc Yes, noted on these forums several times this week and prior.
Effectively, the channel you used to record on (be it BBC One HD 115 or your regional BBC One SD channel 101) doesn't exist anymore, so the series link had no way of continuing.

Thanks @oj01 - I did search back about a week in this Sky+ forum and didn't see any likely looking thread names. But I see there are some over in the Sky Q forum.
