@Dinodog1963  do you have sky Q glass or stream?

 

If you do have sky plus which is the board you have posted in it's pointless trying to contact sky as you won't be able to activate discovery plus because sky plus can't support apps

Sky+ HD subscribers have no right of access to Discovery+ via Streamng Devices🤔
