Missing Sky Sports Channels

I went to watch the Golf at home yesterday only to find that a number of the Sports channels, all those showing the golf and more, had simly disappeared from the listings; 401, 403, 405, 409 and possible others.

Sadly, as a result, I was not able to watch the golf!

What's up with this @Sky?

Online chatbot is next to useless and calling the helpline sent me to this forum,.. support at Sky seems to be completelyself service!!!

yes,.. I did the whole off and on again yesterday,.. Sky was working, just had some missing channels!

@MarkH123 are they simply missing from the TV Guide? Are they accessible if you key the channel number in directly? Do you have a Sky+HD box?

When you were offered the chance o receive link via TXT you should have said NO if you needed to talk to Sky CSs😉

SKY removed the SD versions of their Sports Channels a few weeks ago

Do you have an HD box ?

If so I guess it is vagualy possible that the automatic listing has somehow got confused and moved the HD channels out from the normla listing and further down - so did you check further down the channel list  to see if you could find them ?
