Get messages every 30 mins about losing chanels. Would like this to stop

We employed an engineer some time ago to replace dish while he was here he replaced the box with an HD box at our expense. We are getting HD channels and therefore do not need another box.

Have you had your account altered to reflect the change of Sky box? What box does it say you have on the Sky website?

It is extremely likely that SKY records don't know you have now changed over to an HD capable box

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch  & hopefully they can assist by updating their records to stop you getting these warnings

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
