What is Sky Signature?

Sky Signature is the TV package that includes all the channels you would get on the Entertainment package, and it also combines the Sky Box Sets package with it as standard.

What do I get with Sky Signature?

How come Sky Signature has a 18-month term but the Ultimate TV add-on can be cancelled anytime?

The Sky Signature package is the new 18-month term that includes the Box Sets in the price. However, any extras you add on, such as the Ultimate TV pack (Netflix), HD, UHD are the ones that you can 'cancel anytime'.

I already have HD as part of my package, so what's the difference?

If you already have HD on your package but the offer includes UHD as well, this would be an upgrade that would let you get the Premium Netflix plan and also unlock access to be able to watch certain Sky shows in UHD too (providing you have a UHD Box and compatible TV).

I should also explain that depending on what HD package you have on Sky will determine what Netflix tier you can get. For example, No HD - Basic Netflix, HD - Standard and UHD - Premium.

How would I use the Netflix as 'standard' version on two separate screens?

On Netflix this affects the number of screens you can watch shows on at the same time. So, for example, on the basic Netflix you would only be able to watch any Netflix shows on the one TV at any one time.

I tried several times to leave Sky TV and one agent even had me in tears for 45 minutes and still I couldn't get them to close the account. Finally I agree to stay with the Sky Entertainment (basic) package and was told I would have access to the box sets. Not true. I've tried to watch the box sets and keep being told I have to upgrade my package.

So not only do Sky do everything they can not to close the account but they also lie about what the pacakge includes.

Call them back, tell them you can't afford it, also tell them you're cancelling your direct debit, tell them you can't be talked out of it. You don't want a discount you want your life back. I was a Sky customer for over 25 years, as a VIP customer they gave me a gift for Christmas, wait for it...... "Love Actually"  to watch at my leisure, Hmmm, don't think so, you can get that on "council telly" Lol.  Cancelling Sky was the best thing I've done for years.

Thankfully I got rid of Sky a few months ago and am saving quite a bit of money. Unfortunately Sky pester you with messages "please come back as we can offer you great deals" these are more than I was originally paying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    NO CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sky needs to get its act together and offer quality at reasonable prices. Not just football and films 15+ years old. I can watch these free on on Freesat.

I have Sky Signature allocated as my Sky package. It apparently includes Netflix and Spotify. I already pay separately for Netflix and Spotify. Can Sky reduce my Sky Signature bill accordingly, please?

This is really helpful. I've been trying to find a list of all the channels that you get when you pick up Sky Signature, I found this post https://switchking.co.uk/sky-signature-a-guide-for-everything-sky-tv/ it seems to list all channels. I'm still a bit confused about the difference between Sky entertainment, Sky Q, Sky Signature and any others. I think I may start with Sky stream. Any suggestions would be great, I have kids and 2 TVs so we will be want to put Sky on both. Multiscreen might be needed for this or two subscriptions to Stream.

I'm out of contract and wish to renew and have an offer for Sky Signature so read this explanation.

I used to be a Sky signature/SkyHD subscriber with SkyQ but as I moved abroad I downgraded it to some fundmental package for a while. Now I am back and I want to subscribe it again but I cannot find any subscription page for Sky Signature, all I can find was to Upgrade for Sky Sports.

Can anyone let me know how to get back Sky Signature?
