@Narla1 For Sky Q:

Press the Home button on your Sky Q remote.

Select Settings.

Select System Info.

Your viewing card number will be displayed.

Sky Go doesn't need a viewing card to function what TV service do you have?

I'm on sky stream and have downloaded film on my tablet but when I try watching when in airplane mode it asks for my pin number which I'm told is my  viewing card number

On steam but it doesn't appear to be in setting /sytem

Sky Stream doesn't have a viewing card.

 

Unless you have changed your PIN it will be the last 4 digits of the phone number registered to your Sky account.
