My stream puck Crasher nearly every day , sometimes several times

@pedro669 If you're connecting via WiFi, try using ethernet, turning WiFi off in the Settings. It's also a good idea to set Network Standby Mode to On.

Your internet speed needs to be 25 Mbps for HD and 30 Mbps for UHD content.

Done all that months ago , still cashes and is getting worse

@pedro669 I think you may need to speak to Sky and see what they say. It may be a faulty puck if your internet isn't to blame.
