@UkzVortex98 Sorry I don't mean to be rude but the latter part of your sentence doesn't make sense. Are you trying to say when you watch a program it sometimes jumps back so you end up rewatching some scenes and when you change channels it keeps saying "loading" ?

No you can be watching something and the screen will go blank and black like sky stream as turn off and it as not when if you but on different channels it will say "channel load please wait "

Hi
firstly try pulling the plug for a few minutes
If this doesn't work it could be a symptom that your puck is not receiving a strong enough wifi signal
can you go into the Netflix app on stream go to settings and run the network check
stream needs a minimum of 25mbs to 30mbs for HD viewing

Hi
it doesn't matter your speed .... the device relies on a strong wifi signal reaching it . It doesn't use buffering like other devices . Are you using Ethernet cable ? Would suggest you try it as part of the troubleshooting process

Have you turned WiFi off in the settings ?
have you ever tried it with just the WiFi ?
have you tried a different Ethernet cable ?
are you using a network switch as these can sometimes be problematic?
