I have gone through all of the steps to re boot my sky puck, but on the telly screen it says wait for your programme to load. I have followed the instructions on the website and turned the puck and telly of and on again. Nothing seems to happen.

Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Can you open netflix? If so go to the menu on the left and down to get help? And run a connection test. This will tell you the speed your puck is getting. Sky recommend 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
Also what instructions have your tried? If this is a reboot was this using the menu or did you power off at the mains? If so try it again and leave off at the mains for at least 2 minutes, this will help clear caches within the puck.
Another options is to try ethernet / homeplugs and turn WiFi off on the settings of the puck.
