sky puck continuously loading.

I have gone through all of the steps to re boot my sky puck, but on the telly screen it says wait for your programme to load. I have followed the instructions on the website and turned the puck and telly of and on again. Nothing seems to happen.

Save powering the puck on and off at the switch or plug, try a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
