We have had stream for a few months now. Have a samsung smart tv and Q-Symphony soundbar set up. All has been fine but the last few weeks it has been playing up from time to time. Either the picture flashes or the sound cuts out, usually just for a couple of seconds but last time we lost sound completely. It is fine when we come out of Sky and just watch through TV or the apps there. This seems to happen through Sky when in apps such as disney or netflix or watching terrestrial it makes no difference but it always when watching through the Sky platform. It seems to rectify itself when we switch tv off, sometimes we have to do at the plug for a few seconds. I have done an online check and apparently the puck and internet are fine (internet also with Sky) and we have connect everything using wires not wifi. Anone know what this might be as it is quite annoying and we are starting to feel like Sky is not reliable

I have also had this loss of sounds frequently last couple of days. All very frustrating and another ongoing issue that Sky will need to investigate and hopefully not to blame our ISP and network @Awesty1
