@alanbeckett , @Geewhiz    I presume it is just Netflix you are both having problems with, and everything else is working ok?

Try going to Settings, System management, Resets & updates and select App refresh.  Wait for it to return you to the Home Screen, this can take a few minutes.  If that doesn't sort it unplug the puck at the socket or pull out the power lead and wait at least 30 seconds before plugging back in, wait for it to fully reload and then check Netflix. I hope that works.

Hi @Geewhiz .  Netflix getting stuck at 20-25% used to be a common issue but I have not seen it in absolutely ages.

Try one of the following which were the previous suggestions for clearing this problem;

1 - Exit the Netflix App and load a live broadcast let it play for 2 or 3 seconds and then go back to the programme you were trying to watch on Netflix.

2 - Go to Netflix "Get Help" and select reload Netflix.

Hopefully one of these options will get it working again.

Re: netflix stops

Thanks for the suggestions, I refreshed the apps and reloaded Netflix which seems to have resolved the issue for now.  I'm sure the puck is on the way out though, it's seriously slow at respite anything now and I will be cancelling very soon.
