Duff puck

My puck has stopped working. Consequently sky is unavailable. Please help!

puck just stopped  working. New batteries no help

So is it the puck or your remote which isn't working? Are there any lights on the puck? Have you tried turning it off at the wall for a minute then powering it back on to see if that helps?

The puck is not powered by batteries, you need to give correct information if you require help @SusanCop

Do you mean it's not powering on, it maybe stuck in standby.

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure in step 4;
